Our head teacher Lizzie Overton joined the school part time in April 2006 and full time in September 2006.
 
All classes are led by qualified teachers who have between them a range of experience in state and independent schools.

Teachers are encouraged to take time out of class to develop their professional expertise.

With small classes the school operates on a human scale. Teachers use open ended planning systems to ensure that learning responds primarily to the children’s interests and enthusiasms. Our unique model of respectful communication replaces systems of punishment and reward and works to ensure healthy relationships throughout the school community.
